2. Performance claims
The 95% reduction figure and cost-recovery statements are based on results across our first 30 monitored sites in Q1 2026, measured against incident histories reported by clients at assessment. Past results do not guarantee outcomes at any individual site, and enforcement and recovery outcomes depend on the evidence in each case.
3. Services, key points
- All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Package 1 (Outright): one-off purchase per site plus annual monitoring, invoiced annually in advance.
- Package 2 (Subscription): installation fee, monthly per-camera subscription per site, and a per-incident legal dispute fee; [minimum term and notice period to be confirmed].
- Monitoring is provided 24/7 via AI detection with human review; response and escalation procedures are set out in the service schedule.
- Evidence handling, data protection responsibilities and footage sharing are governed by our privacy policy and the data processing terms in each contract.
